One of the most exciting and significant ministries to recently take place in the Church of the Nazarene is in the area of immigration ministry. There are Nazarene immigrants in cities all over the United States who have encountered much confusion and hardship because they have lacked the information, understanding, and relationships necessary to obtain legal status and citizenship.

Over the last few years, the office of Mission Support USA/Canada, in cooperation with World Relief, has sponsored several immigration ministry conferences all across the United States. These seminars provide a general overview of immigration law, including recent changes that will affect immigrants.
